These ruins are too deep in the water that it seems unimaginable that a city can be structured underwater. This is not just one ruin but there are many of its type at different levels of sea but the most interesting fact is that all these ruins are interlinked.Though we do not know any thing about its reality but one thing is for sure that it was made by human hands. The structures are made with a complete planning as there are streets, cross roads, mega altar-like formations and large staircases that are leading towards broad plaza-like buildings and to other towering structures like pylons.
what lies underwaterThese sunken buildings cover a large area undersea. But it is not continuously going but in separations.According to a recent observation these underground ruins start from the tiny island of Yonaguni in the southwest to Okinawa and its neighboring islands, Kerama and Aguni, some 311 miles. As I already said that these mega structures are separated by some distance, the biggest structure discovered until now is on the eastern shore of Yonaguni at 100 feet down.It is around 240 feet in length and 90 feet in width.
The underwater ruins resembles to the ancient buildings of Okinawa for example Nakagusuku Castle. One thing we can say that it is some lost civilization that was sunk or destroyed a long time ago and is beyond the reach of our history pages. For further and reliable knowledge click here.
